Everest Panorama Trekking is one of the most popular treks in Nepal for the fact that it’s easy and offers views of Mount Everest 360°.

The route is pretty straightforward and easy.

The best part of the trek is not the view of Everest but the friendly people that have been living here for decades. The people who live in the Sherpa valleys of Khumjung and Thame are one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Sharing some moments with them gave me so much of insights and shifted my perception towards life.

If you’re not an extrovert and and are into the history, then there is this museum within the old monastery of Khumjung. The prehistoric masks there are creepy and awesome at the same time. Nope, not attaching a photo ! Go there and see it for yourself!
