Rolwaling trekking is one of the challenge trekking in Nepal. For the exllent view of Mt. Gaurishanker, Rolwaling Himal, Chobabhamre, Yalung Ri, Pachharmo Peak, Dorje lakpa etc, trekkers have to follow the route of Rolwaling. Incredibly the Rolwaling region is known for the variety of plants like 500 species of plants, 40 species of orchids and 300 species of birds including other animals like musk deer, Himalayan black bear, thar, gaur and wild dogs. Though Rolwaling region has deep relation and influence of Tibetan culture still it offers a range of Nepali Culture. On Rolwaling region the trekkers will have great exploration of ancient Tibetan monasteries and other colorful festivals.
As it is near by the boarder to Tibet so many people are tibetain But also the Brahmin and chhetri from Nepal are living there. The area is even well known by the fan of Ramdung Go peak (5930m), Yalung Pass (5310m) and varied trips to Tashi Lapcha Pass 5755m. Na village is also the most important spot. Day 01:Arrival

Your arrival at the Tribhuwan International Airport(TIA)and you will be meet our airport representative then transfer to hotel. We will discuss the trekking plan and last minute arrangements.

Day 02:Kathmandu (1350m.) to Dolakha (1660m.)

Drive from Kathmandu (1350m.) to Dolakha (1660m.) via Lamosangu (750m.) and Charikot (1980m.) by bus. You camp for the night.

Day 03:Dolakha to Shigati (950m.)

Drive from Dolakha to Shigati (950m.) via Piguti (920m.) takes about three and half hours. The trails pass through gravel road crossing the different villages of mixed community. You have to cross several streams and jungles with varieties of orchid, rhodendron and other natural vegetation. You camp for the night.

Day 04:Shigati to Jagat (1440m.)

Trek from Shigati to Jagat (1440m.) takes about seven hours. You trek through normal flat land along the side of the river while passing through rice terraces. There are small villages on your way which are inhabited by a mixed community. Several times, you cross jungles covered by orchid, few rhododendron trees and wild vegetation. Now you cross a suspension bridge to reach Jagat, a small town resided by people of mixed culture. You camp for the night.

Day 05:Jagat to Simigaon (2020m.)

Trek from Jagat to Simigaon (2020m.) takes about seven and half hours. The first part of your trail follows a normal flat path until it passes through the jungle. At several places you cross over suspension bridges. There are numerous villages on your way where can find small teashops and local shops in some of the locations. You steeply climb up to Simigaon, a village inhabited by Buddhist and few Hindus. You camp for the night.

Day 06:Simigaon to Daldung La (3976m.)

Trek from Simigaon to Daldung La (3976m.) takes about seven hours. On the route you come across Sherpa villages. The uphill trek covers regions with varieties of plants and Rhododendron trees. After the uphill trek you will come across paths through which you will enjoy the scenic beauty of the place. You camp for the night.

Day 07:Daldung La to Beding (3690m.)

Trek from Daldung La to Beding (3690m.) takes about seven and half hours. The trek now ascends uphill through different varieties of plants and Rhododendron trees. You will trek over suspension bridges over the deep gorges in a few places making the trek even more enchanting. You finally reach Beding which is a big Sherpa village. You camp for the night.

Day 08:Rest day

Rest day at Beding for acclimatization. You can hike in and around the area for acclimatization while having panoramic views of mountains like Mt. Gauri Shanker and other Tibetan mountains on the Tibetan border. You camp for the night.

Day 09:Beding to Na (4180m.)

Trek from Beding to Na (4180m.) takes about four hours. This day you can explore the upper slopes of the valley for Snow Partridge or visit the nearby glacier lake. The trek path slightly ascends along the river bank. The place is an open path with fresh air and the charming sound of the river. Here you can have a panoramic view of the mountains as the trek moves forward. You will also come across a Sherpa village having its own specialties. You camp for the night.

Day 10:Rest Day

Rest Day at Na for preparation for Ramdung Go (5930m.). You will be able to witness various views of mountains like Gauri Shanker, Menlung, Yalung and the mountains of the Tibet. You will be on a Yalung Glacier camp today. You camp for the night.

Day 11:Na to Tso Rolpa Lake

Trek from Na to Tso Rolpa Lake (4540m.) You will be trekking through the flat and then gradually ascending path. You will be able to witness the beautiful Natural Lake filled with the chilling water of the glaciers. The views of Menlung and Tibetan Side Mountains add glory to your trek. You camp for the night.

Day 12:Tso Rolpa to Trakarding Glacier

Trek Tso Rolpa to Trakarding Glacier (4800m.) Early morning you will walk through the glaciers and will be able to experience the new enchanting beauties that would add extra dimensions into your trial. You camp for the night at Trakarding Glacier.

Day 13:Trakarding Glacier to Tashi Lapcha Pedi Camp (5755m.)

Trek from Trakarding Glacier to Tashi Lapcha Pedi Camp (5755m.) The trail will still be ascending through some rock climbing and a gradual walk on the glacier. You will camp in the Tashi Lapcha Pedi camp today.

Day 14:Tashi Lapcha Pedi to Tashi Lapcha Pass (5755m.)

Climb from Tashi Lapcha Pedi to Tashi Lapcha Pass (5755m.) to Tashi Cape. You will climb up the Tashi Lapcha Pedi and cross the Tashi Lapcha Pass through Tashi Cape. You trek through a snow covered route. You camp for the night.

Day 15:Tashi Cape to Thyomgbo (4350m.)

Trek from Tashi Cape to Thyomgbo (4350m.) Today you will walk across the glacier. The trail descends down towards Thyomgbo. You camp for the night.

Day 16:Thyomgbo to Thame (3820m.)

Trek Thyomgbo to Thame (3820m.) Early morning you will trek down to Thame. This trail gradually descends while trekking an easier trail where will be able to enjoy the natural beauty of the environment. You camp for the night.

Day 17:Thame to Namche Bazaar (3440m.)

Trek from Thame to Namche Bazaar (3440m.) The trail descends gently for early one hour to Sanasa (3550m.). Now you can catch a glimpse of the majestic peaks of the Khumbu including Mt Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Kusum Kangaru. Passing by several villages and numerous teashops, the trail descends steeply to a bridge over the river Dudh Koshi at Phunki Tenga (3250m).The way from Sanasa to Namche is uneven, with views of forests, scenery and mountains.

Day 18:Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2886 m.)

Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2886 m.) takes about six hours. The last day of your trek leads from Namche Bazaar via Monjo to Lukla. The trek is pleasant, except for few short uphill climbs and then down to the Bhote- Koshi River crossing it three times. The last uphill climb of 45 minutes will bring you to Lukla for your overnight stay. You camp for the night.

Day 19:Lukla to Kathmandu

Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu. You take an early morning flight back to Kathmandu which takes about 30 minutes.

Day 20:Sightseeing tour

Full day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu valley (Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath, Patan and Bhaktapur durbar square). Overnight at hotel.

Day 21:Departure

Transfer to international airport for your final flight departure.
