Overview

For the trekkers who want to explore the Annapurna Circuit of Nepal, the Pisang Peak Climbing is a great experience. It takes you to explore the mighty Himalayas of Nepal and offers you a great view of Annapurna I, Annapurna II,  and Manaslu. This peak lies above the Pisang village and is a uniform slope of snow that makes up a summit in the shape of the pyramid. As one of the wonders of the Annapurna region of Nepal, this peak rises high above the Marsyangdi valley of Nepal and forms a part of the Manang Himal.  You need to travel through the woods and the pastured lands up to Kharka if you want to reach to the lower base camp at an altitude of 4,380 meters. However, you can also choose to climb to the high camp, which is at an altitude of 5,400 meters.

To overcome the peak climbing, you need at least 15 days. In the beginning, you will get a drive from Kathmandu to Chamje, which is the starting point of the trek. From Chamje, your official trek starts. In the initials, you need to pass through a desert-like zone in Manang, which will then lead you to the snow-capped Pisang peak. I

Best Season for Pisang Peak Climbing

Although you can explore the Pisang peak during any time of the year, the best month for the Pisang Peak could be during the spring and the autumn season. During the spring season, nature blooms with the flowers, and the valley around the peak looks beautiful. Also, the chances of rainfall during these seasons are extremely low, which makes it easier for the climbers to conquer the peak. There is a minimal chance of snowfall too. During this season, you can have the best view of the Pisang peak and the neighboring peaks as well.

Some trekkers choose winter and monsoon season to climb the peak as well. But, they face obstacles during this time. As the winter and the monsoon season invites rain as well as snowfall, the paths might be slippery and make it hard for the climbers to climb to the peak. Also, the weather could be extremely cold. However, this season makes it perfect for the peace lovers as the routes are less crowded during the season.

Difficulties you can face during the Pisang Peak Climbing.

As you need to conquer the Pisang Peak during the Pisang Peak climbing, you need to reach upto 6000m altitude. The trek might seem easy, but it is not exactly what it looks like.
